Rebekah Damen Lusk is the owner of Lusk Law, LLC. Rebekah brings personal experiences as a small business owner, real estate investor and landlord to the task of practicing law and working with clients. Her practice includes civil litigation, business, employment, landlord/tenant, real estate, family, equine and animal law. Rebekah handles cases in the District and Circuit Courts throughout Maryland, with a focus in the counties of Howard, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Baltimore, and Baltimore City, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Rebekah also has appellate experience, having represented clients in both the Court of Special Appeals and the Court of Appeals.
Rebekah received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Chicago and attended law school at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. While at Catholic, Rebekah was a member of the law review and graduated Cum Laude. Prior to attending law school, Rebekah worked as an organizer and manager for local and national policy and advocacy organizations in Chicago and DC. Rebekah is dedicated to volunteering with local organizations. She was a board member of the Port Towns Community Development Corporation, based in Prince George’s County, MD, from 2004 to 2010, and served as President for two years. She was the Chairperson and the Vice-President of the Potomac Valley Dressage Association.
Rebekah and family live on their farm with two dogs, three cats and the horses. In her spare time, Rebekah competes in the equestrian sport of Dressage and enjoys sailing, hiking and traveling.
