I am a tax attorney who thoroughly enjoys working with small companies throughout the country. My practice encompasses a broad range of tax matters including tax planning for individuals, tax planning for businesses, IRS audits, IRS Appeals, State Examinations, Collections, international tax matters, and estate planning.

Over the past five years, I worked exclusively in the tax industry, representing all types of persons, including high wealthy individuals, small partnerships, and Fortune 500 companies. My experience led me to be a contributor to Forbes.

I received my LLM in the area of taxation at Georgetown University Law Center and my JD from the University of Nebraska.
