I have worked with Gene consistently since March of 2009. For the past 5 years, Gene has guided me through various legal matters from my separation, divorce, child support (when it wasn't being paid to us), modification of child custody (including mediation) and as of most recently, the adoption of m...y daughter to my husband. Even when we weren't in the middle of a case, I would sometimes call to update him on a situation that I felt he should be aware of and he always answered my questions, gave advice/suggestions, and always made me feel like my case was just as important to him as it was to me. Gene has always answered calls/emails in a timely manner, explained our various options so that I was always able to make sound decisions, and kept me informed throughout every step of any case we were currently working with. I have grown to completely trust Gene with any situation that may arise. Over the years I have given his contact information to a handful of close friends and I will absolutely call him if we should ever need legal help in the future.

* Gene always answered my phone call's even after closing hours. * Up-front about the charges of his fee's (no surprises) * In court Gene was at the Court House a little early to give the latest up-dates + I have been represented by many different lawyers, and felt it was just a waste of money-... Not the case with Gene Souder.
