Mr. Keipert continuously and inappropriately raised his voice at his client in response to her question about the nature of their potential legal endeavors. The client simply inquired about their next steps following a personal injury of a passenger due to a motor vehicle accident. This behavior was... highly disgusting and unacceptable especially during an already stressful situation. The client was so distraught that they could no longer work with Mr. Keipert and requested to speak with someone else. Mr. Keipert was extremely disrespectful and short- tempered. Absolutely without a doubt would not recommend. * However, the second attorney that followed up on the matter was extremely helpful, maintaining professionalism and high attentiveness.

Gerry was so helpful. I couldn't imagine having to have gone through this process without him. Gerry was facntastic about staying in contact with me and keeping me informed. Mr. Keipert is one hell of a lawyer, he has not only help me as a father fighting in court to get custody of my child,but he has also been a teacher to me when it came to a devorce. i could go on for days about how he was their for my legal matters but unlike alot of people he was not and never gave... me the impression that it was about money only. i would recommend him to anyone that needs legal help and understanding the the stress it could cause. bottom line is this, if you want a secret law book of knowledge let this man represent you in front of the judge.

Mr. Keipert handled a child custody/visitation modification case for me in which he successfully negotiated a favorable order in which I retained sole custody of my child following a contested move out of state. I hired Mr. Keipert after my ex-wife filed paperwork to end my visitation with my son. She claimed that I was negligent, abusive, and that my son's emotional well being was being harmed by continuing to see me. She only wanted to collect my child support; she didn't want me to have a relationship wit...h my son. I was very frustrated with the court system, as the previous times I had been there for various family issues, I did not feel that I had been treated fairly and quite frankly, thought that the court system only worked for women. As a dad who wanted to remain in my kid's life, I was willing to fight. My case drug out for over a year due to scheduling and my ex-wife's attempts to delay. Mr. Keipert made lots of attempts to get me some visitation during the period we were waiting for a court date, and was successful in working with my ex's very difficult attorney. He was prepared for the three times we had to go before the judge, and he was able to catch my ex in her various lies. In summary, my case resulted in my ex being found in contempt, I got MORE visitation that I originally had, and my ex had to reimburse me for some of my attorney fees. I think it helped that I documented the problems I was having with my ex, which greatly helped Mr. keipert during the hearings, and set the framework. I highly recommend Mr. Keipert, and if I have any problems with my ex again, Mr. keipert will be the attorney I call.
