Mr. Keipert continuously and inappropriately raised his voice at his client in response to her question about the nature of their potential legal endeavors. The client simply inquired about their next steps following a personal injury of a passenger due to a motor vehicle accident. This behavior was... highly disgusting and unacceptable especially during an already stressful situation. The client was so distraught that they could no longer work with Mr. Keipert and requested to speak with someone else. Mr. Keipert was extremely disrespectful and short- tempered. Absolutely without a doubt would not recommend. * However, the second attorney that followed up on the matter was extremely helpful, maintaining professionalism and high attentiveness.
