I hired Mr. Keipert after my ex-wife filed paperwork to end my visitation with my son. She claimed that I was negligent, abusive, and that my son's emotional well being was being harmed by continuing to see me. She only wanted to collect my child support; she didn't want me to have a relationship wit...h my son. I was very frustrated with the court system, as the previous times I had been there for various family issues, I did not feel that I had been treated fairly and quite frankly, thought that the court system only worked for women. As a dad who wanted to remain in my kid's life, I was willing to fight. My case drug out for over a year due to scheduling and my ex-wife's attempts to delay. Mr. Keipert made lots of attempts to get me some visitation during the period we were waiting for a court date, and was successful in working with my ex's very difficult attorney. He was prepared for the three times we had to go before the judge, and he was able to catch my ex in her various lies. In summary, my case resulted in my ex being found in contempt, I got MORE visitation that I originally had, and my ex had to reimburse me for some of my attorney fees. I think it helped that I documented the problems I was having with my ex, which greatly helped Mr. keipert during the hearings, and set the framework. I highly recommend Mr. Keipert, and if I have any problems with my ex again, Mr. keipert will be the attorney I call.
