Excellent lawyer

David has been my lawyer for about seven years. He handled my very difficult divorce case with great expertise. He was always there during the ups and downs, with great advice. I have since used him for my other legal matters such as my will. He's the person I look to for my legal advice and directi...on. I will continue to use him in the future. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dave Martino

At first I was skeptical of this online, pop up into my search, as most of us are.. I had never heard of Avvo, but I thought I would look into it, as it did send my several lawyers to scroll through in my home town of Annapolis. I considered several, but ultimately chose Dave Martino, purely based ...on 2 reviews, and now that I have completed my work with him, I am happy to add to his list of very positive reviews as He was fantastic! I didn't know what to expect as the cost was extremely fair based on other quotes I had gotten for the same service.. I needed to draft a will and was not comfortable doing it myself,, Boy was I right to choose Dave. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly thorough..very willing to go out of his way to share peripheral knowledge with me in order to explain why I should do certain things in a certain way.. Several times per my request re explaining , so that I understood pros and cons of certain decisions. He was kind, patient, intelligent and most importantly , it bares repeating, very knowledgeable on the subject of estate planning.. I am so very grateful for his help, we met and or talked and or email several times , tweaking things , for no additional charge.. in order to get thing exactly right.. I find myself thinking , I now have a lawyer I can go to, and its quite comforting.. I highly recommend him.

Grateful for help

David, ( Dave) has given me invaluable legal assistance over the years in dealing with my divorce and custodial issues regarding my daughter. Issues regarding visitation, schooling, child support and childcare are some of the main areas Dave has assisted me over the years. By explaining the issues... in a clear, no nonsense and friendly demeanor Dave has often helped me stay out of court battles with my X-wife when not necessary and work toward solutions in the best interest of my daughter and all parties involved. Dave has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am very grateful for the legal help that Dave has given regarding the most important person to me on the planet, my daughter.

Integrity

I consulted Mr. Martino a few years back when a car dealership, to whom I had traded a car, wanted a title for the car (after the fact) from a different state. Trying to deal with the DMV in two different states was beyond my ken, but Mr. Martino helped me navigate the maze. From my discussions wit...h him, I can say that he is logical, assured, friendly, and full of integrity.
