Documentation Case

We were a client of Charlie’s, Nobody is perfect and sometimes things are overlooked that you’re supposed to report, this was a document case through the state for Social Security! We heard about Mr. Waechter and set up an appointment. We talk to him on the phone, then we made the appointment an...d the day we went in to meet with him he had already talk to the prosecutor and had things lined up . He was very professional and the day we went to court he was definitely The cats meow ! When we walked in the court room everybody turned to him with the most respect and addressed him by his first name , he had the best relationship with the judges, bailiffs and other attorneys. So glad we chose him to help us with our case we had the best results! Charlie’s staff was always respectful always return the phone calls and Charlie was always on top of things and always made you feel like you were somebody and respected you. Always listen and never cut you off. If you ever need a lawyer hire Charlie with his staff you won’t regret it. Feeling very blessed !

Greetings, if you are reading this… Someone you care for has made a tremendous mistake and you are most likely lost in a storm of mixed emotions and uncertainty, I know because I was in your position This posting is intended to emphasize why you want Mr. Charles Waechter as your advocate I use th...e word “advocate” because Mr. Waechter is more than just an excellent attorney. While it is useless to say “don’t despair” it is worthwhile to assure you that Mr. Charles Waechter will be an invaluable resource as you navigate the legal storm ahead. Even today, it is hard to describe the complete loss of control felt when our son-in-law was charged with internet child pornography. The severity of the charges would have certainly resulted in a substantial prison sentence were it not for the efforts of one man, Charlie Waechter. As our family found, having the right person for the job is critical in today’s legal environment. While you may find other attorneys capable of providing representation, Mr. Waechter and his staff will go more that the extra mile on your behalf. I do not intend to minimize the seriousness of the charges, but I must acknowledge that as a parent my priority is to defend my family. Without prior experience in the legal system (my assumption is that you, the reader, are in the same position currently) I was at a complete loss on where to turn. Fortunately for my family we found Charlie, save yourself further searching. >From our first meeting “Charlie” was open, honest, and most importantly, knowledgeable of the “real world” consequences of our situation. Not only did he provide legal representation but advised (actually required) a treatment plan to assist with the base issues which precipitated our legal problem. Perhaps the most valuable aspect of Mr. Waechter’s representation is his experience, and with that experience comes an incredible number of “contacts” in the system. Each court appearance resulted in a virtual “home coming” of people greeting Mr. Waechter. From judges to prosecutors to bailiffs, each one knew Charlie by name, something that in my opinion is invaluable. Because of Mr. Waechter and his staff, our son-in-law received a greatly reduced charge. More importantly, he was sentenced to home detention allowing for extensive medical treatment and therapy. Thanks to our advocate, we are making progress, not just suffering punishment. In my opening I noted “the most valuable aspect of Mr. Waechter’s representation is his experience”; I can EMPHASIZE this with more than just capital letters, I have Charlie’s ACTION to back it up. He was able to obtain permission for our son-in-law to attend his sister’s wedding. While this may seem “trivial” to most people, it is actually a very significant example of why you want Charlie’s experience and “contacts” on your side. Access to the individuals who control your loved one’s life is NOT trivial, Mr. Waechter has access. In closing, I again hope you can find some peace of mind during your own voyage. Really helped with some messed up charges I had

In March of 17 I got picked up for distribution of child pornography and immediately thought I was going to be a paying the state of Maryland an extended visit, and mentally I had resigned myself to the fact it was going to happen no matter what. My mother found Mr. Waechter and immediately called hi...m up and set up an appointment for a consultation. He answered every question I had and generally had me feeling a lot better then I had been as a couple court dates approached. Ended up only getting a year in county jail and with the time I spent on house arrest I only had to do 3 months, when before I was looking at 150 years to start and from hearing the other inmates talk about the public defenders I was looking at least a couple of years and that was even if they bothered with your case. During the entire time Mr. Waechter was extremely helpful and kept me informed of every development in my case. Most importantly I never got the feeling he was looking down on me for the type of charges I had, when he very clearly could have. I had gone to another lawyer a couple weeks prior to visiting Mr. Waechter and it was plain as day that she was offended just by the idea that I had come to her office. So in short, give Mr. Waechter a call if you pick up some charges.

Great lawyer

After looking for a lawyer to defend me fo a child porn case I chose Mr Waechter. From the very beginning he showed he cared and would do what’s best for me his client. Between he and his staff they did an excellent job at communicating with each other and my self through out the process of my case. ...I do feel that hiring mr Waechter was the right choice and that he made a difference in my case.
