Not only did attorney Waechter have the warrant for my arrest changed to a summons to appear in court, but got the charges dropped when the hearing took place. I was charged with indescent exposure charges. I was on vacation back in June and after being at the hotel for only 3 hours i was arrest. I woke up in a jail cell not knowing what happen. Mr. Waechter was very helpful at a very difficult time. A family member was charged with some very serious charges, and Mr Waechter helped us navigate the unfamiliar world of criminal law. Having no experience or expectations, he helped us with bail, defense, what to expect and how to plan. Internet ...porn is a very uncomfortable topic, and his representation helped us to get the charges set at a reasonable level, minimizing incarceration and handling counseling. He takes no time to go into cost before he even hears about the details of your case you will never get a call from him to keep you up to date on your case whats being done is there any progress etc. he sent another attorney the day of my court date in which i never met did not even think to notify m...e that he wasnt coming to court for me i had to call him while at the court house in which he told me his partner was coming he couldnt make it, his partner didnt know ANYTHING about my case it was like a consultation 5 minutes before trial in which i was facing numerous felonies charles did absolutely nothing to prepare me for court what type of questions will be asked what evidence we have etc please save yourself the stress and money and DO NOT deal with this guy he is truly a disappointment to attorneys there are alot of attorneys do your research and dont leave your life in charles hands !
