He takes no time to go into cost before he even hears about the details of your case you will never get a call from him to keep you up to date on your case whats being done is there any progress etc. he sent another attorney the day of my court date in which i never met did not even think to notify m...e that he wasnt coming to court for me i had to call him while at the court house in which he told me his partner was coming he couldnt make it, his partner didnt know ANYTHING about my case it was like a consultation 5 minutes before trial in which i was facing numerous felonies charles did absolutely nothing to prepare me for court what type of questions will be asked what evidence we have etc please save yourself the stress and money and DO NOT deal with this guy he is truly a disappointment to attorneys there are alot of attorneys do your research and dont leave your life in charles hands !

Mr. Waechter initially seemed very confident regarding my DWI case. He then proceeded to recommend the most expensive Drug and Alcohol Program in the area, was impossible to get a hold of, and took no more than 2 minutes of his time to talk with me before my trial date, despite many contact attempts.... We met 5 minutes before my trial, at which point he told me his "plan" to plead no contest and "hope" for a lenient sentence. Mr. Waechter did not put any effort into this case, and was a complete waste of money.

Mr. Waechter represented me in a drug case and refused to examine evidence of police fraud that led to the arrest in the first place. The case should have been thrown out of court. He only realized that I was right after the case was closed. He also set himself up to not be able to adequately repr...esent me.
