One of my children came across child porn on the internet and curiousity caused this individual to continue looking at it. Eventually, an opportunity came across to share images and not knowing how wrong it was, my child engaged in this activity. This caused a search of my home and my child, a juv...enile, was charged. This was perhaps the most frightening experience ever encountered for my child and myself. Charles Waechter knew exactly what to do. He recommended evaluations and counseling that would be required by the prosecutor to ensure that my child did not truly harbor any intentions of harming the victims at that time or in future life. Charles Waechter and his office were extremely professional and responsive to any questions or concerns I had during this period of time. I always received a response immediately or within a few hours of calling. When the case went before the juvenile court, we had accomplished all Charles' recommendations. The court was satisfied. I would recommend Charles Waechter to anyone in a similar situation.
