Mr Statman kept me in the dark in the most crucial stage in my case, and it seemed he struck a deal with my employer to get me the least settlement. he lied to me and missed filing ontime, but he insisted that he filed on time. very bad lawyer. DO not hire him.
This is an anonymous post and I honestly have no idea who posted it. If you were unhappy with representation, I strongly encourage you to contact me directly to discuss this matter. I vehemently deny ever "striking a deal with an employer" at the expense of my client. I also deny ever missing a deadline and lying about it. Assuming you are truly a former client, I again, strongly encourage you to contact me directly to discuss this further.

Jacob worked with me in obtaining a favorable settlement. My retirement is now set.
"Mr. STatman is a top notch attorney. He puts in the extra time to make sure that every case receives the personal attention needed. He is original in his approach to resolving cases to his clients' satisfaction and has prevailed in important discrimination cases, like a recent $105,000 damages award to USPS employee denied reasonable accommodation. He settled a case for an HIV positive client for $85,000 and handles administrative cases nationwide."
