For my case, Mr Statman conducted an extremely perfunctory deposition: It was just a verbal lecture to 3 persons in 4 hours on the same day, and no confrontation with exhibits at all. badddd lawyer
Mr Statman kept me in the dark in the most crucial stage in my case, and it seemed he struck a deal with my employer to get me the least settlement. he lied to me and missed filing ontime, but he insisted that he filed on time. very bad lawyer. DO not hire him.
