Biography
My commitment to excellence in helping clients since 1981 has led to recognition by national rating companies including an AV rating by M/D, nominations to the Daily Record‘s power list of the top 25 employment lawyers, yearly recognition as a Super Lawyer, Top Attorney by Hagerstown Magazine, and inclusion by national trial lawyer organizations for achieving seven figure results.
In addition, I have been elected to serve three terms on the MSBA Board of Governors while in the past serving as liaison to the Rules Committee of the Md Supreme Court.
Now after hundreds of trials and mediations and 42 years of active practice together with the realization of community need, I am offering consulting and referral advice in legal matters including serious personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, and workers' compensation

No Contact
I called on a Wednesday to retain attorney. I was told by Miranda I’d get a call back later in the day or on Thursday the latest. She never called back. Do you want to hire a law firm that doesn’t follow through? Or one where you can’t reach your attorney?

Replied last December 04, 2020I have no idea who you are since you don’t identify yourself . We get many calls but try to return all . Be aware we are selective about the cases we take however we do try to talk to everyone who calls . Good luck to you
