Mr. Dan is an awesome guy! 2020 I went to finance a car from a dealership and they failed to tell me everything that I needed to know about the car I didn't have a title to the car and this went on for months and I couldn't get my tags or my registration and I was still making payments, the dealer ke...pt giving me the run arounds about the title and kept blaming MVA. 3 months later I found out from MVA that the car was salvaged with a rebuilt title, I went back to the dealership to get my money back and give them the car back they refused to give me my money back. I called different lawyers who told me they do not think I have a case. I found Mr. Whitney on google and talked to him about my situation he allowed me to explain what was going on and then had me to send him all my paperwork from the dealer and told me I have a case and that he will start on my case right away. Whitney, LLP has helped my family over a ten year+ period with several legal matters, including a case against a major national car rental company that tried to defraud us--and just recently, in a battle against a national moving company that held a pod of our possessions hostage and refused to deliv...er it to our home after a cross-country move. In the case of the moving pod, the company supervisor insisted repeatedly that the company would not deliver the pod to our driveway where we could unload it at our leisure, as agreed in the contract.
