I'm a very fast mover and I love how quickly my bankruptcy was wrapped up from start to end. The whole office is professional and quick to respond to any questions. They made me feel like the process was simple and it was so fast. The price was cheaper than any lawyers around I definitely recommend ...anybody from Frederick and the area to this office. The Hagerstown office is convenient especially since the meeting of creditors is held in the same town. I looked for prices from Frederick to Baltimore and this office offered the best price which their service definitely outweighs!

Over a 18 month estate settlement period, there marginal were ethics (unacceptable) monthly. This included hiring additional estate professionals (CPA) that was not vetted or approved by me the client. This cost me over $1,000 in personal costs due to lack of completed document review, above and b...eyond the $50,000 estate settlement costs. This individual is not recommended.

Mr. Hobbs helped me with a very complex bankruptcy, that included several properties. The banks wouldn't work with me at all, and I had little recourse, other than to file Chapter 7. Mr. Hobbs' knowledge of the current bankruptcy law, and both the banks side and the consumer side saved me considerab...le time and money. He truly "counseled" me when my emotional side kicked in and I wanted to try and keep one of my properties (he was right with his advice, and I am glad I wasn't so stubborn that I wouldn't listen to him). Now that the bankruptcy has been completed, I was able to reestablish myself, and currently own my home outright (no property speculating for me in the future!). I have recommended him to several friends who had similar problems, and they have said the same thing. You get what you pay for, and this man is worth every penny if you want to go to sleep and not worry about someone who dropped the ball because they didn't pay attention to the details.
