Mr. Matthews has worked for the State's Attorney's Office for Baltimore City for over two years working in multiple departments assisting in the investigations and prosecution of offenses ranging from traffic offenses and minor narcotics cases to major narcotics and violent felonies. After law school, Mr. Matthews clerked for the Honorable Judge Colleen Cavanaugh in Baltimore County.
After his clerkship, Mr. Matthews became a member of Parler and Wobber, LLP where he assisted in the representation of insurance companies in tort litigation, insurance defense, as well as medical malrpractice and contract litigation.
Mr. Mathews currently serves in the Maryland Army National Guard where he has assisted the Judge Advocate General in administrative hearings. Mr. Mathews also serves in a counsel associate position at the following firms where he has handled matters from civil to criminal in almost every jurisdiction in the state of Maryland:

He gets the job done
I had got a traffic ticket during 82 and a 65 he worked his magic and got the ticket don't know I am very grateful for that because I am a CDL driver and I need my license with no tickets on it I highly recommend him his prices is very reasonable thanks a lot for everything you have done
