Henry Roland Barnes graduated from George Mason University School of Law with a concentration in Criminal Law in 2010 and has been operating his Law Office for nearly a decade. Since his admission to practice in the State of Maryland and in the Federal District Courts of Maryland, Mr. Barnes has actively and zealously handled hundreds of criminal and domestic relations matters across the entire State of Maryland ranging in complexity and severity.
