I was directed to Bill Heyman by a friend and he couldn't have peformed better. I stood to lose quite a bit in a tricky securities case but I recovered most of what I had invested thanks to Bill's professionalism and tenacity. He's not afraid to tell you things striaght, he ensured that as we progressed I understood the accumulating fees and the implications of our next move, et cet. In a time when it was important to have someone I trusted by my side, Bill Heyman came through. Strongly recommended.

In my more than twenty years of experience, I have been proud to help a broad range of companies and individuals resolve their legal issues in the most effective manner possible. I formed my own firm to be able to provide my clients the same excellent service I have provided for years, with the flexibility that is needed in today's business marketplace.

He Can Handle the Tough Ones--In and Out of the Countrty
Bill is all brains and muscle. He recently helped reveal and bust a $330 billion Wall Street scam. His work is documented in the book RUTHLESS: How Enraged Investors Reclaimed Their Investments and Beat Wall Street. Bill also reclaimed a real estate deed from a corrupt Bahamian syndicate--the only deed so far reclaimed from this scandal-ridden outfit. As I said, Bill is all brains and muscle, yet he is nuanced, sympathetic, down-to-earth. If ever I find myself in another tough situation, Bill will be my very first call. Many people, myself included, owe him a great deal of respect and gratitude

Very well versed in Business Litagation
Bill was extremely thorough and professional from the time we first met until the case was resolved.
He is extremely well versed in business litigation as well as mediation. One of Bill's biggest strengths is his ability to communicate. He clearly illustrated the nuances of our case to us. This made us feel extremely comfortable moving forward with his services. We highly recommend The Law Office Of William S. Heyman

Excellent Litigator
Our company engaged William "Bill" Heyman as lead litigator in complex litigation from 2008-2010. He is a real fighter. Scrappy, Intellectually curious. Feisty. Bill is a wonderful negotiatior who was well prepared against a very formidable entity with vast resources. I do highly recommend him. Even if you get ticked off at Bill, because he is aggressive, you know he will go down fighting for you. That's the person you want. Someone that will disagree with you and fight with you tooth and nail. He has high principles and I admire him.

Great results with real estate and insurance cases
Bill quickly came on board and made sure he completely understood complex issues in a million dollar real estate and title insurance case. He developed an overall case strategy and pursued all avenues of recovery to a successful conclusion. I particularly like that he asked plenty of questions and allowed time for my review and comments on all filings.

Wants a $800 retainer before providing consultation
Called for a consultation regarding a breach of contract on my residential real estate transaction, occurring real time (buyer failed to make contracted settlement date). I explained briefly the situation as well as financial impact the breach was having on my future out of state closing on another property. Mr Heyman asked me how much the purchase price was on my home, and after I told him $640,000, he said that I could potentially have damages but he couldn’t offer any further advice without first being paid a $800 retainer and then $400/hr. I’ve hired attys before and have ALWAYS had a LEAST a preliminary conversation based on high level facts to discuss options before dropping $1200 just to have them review documents “To see if there was a case”’. I wonder if I said that my house sold for $200K if he would have jumped right to the retainer?
