After working with the legal profession for over 25 years, I was certain that attorneys are a necessary evil: they serve their purpose but are best avoided otherwise, and to never ever turn my back on them. I had retained a lawyer to guide me through what's shaping up to be a horrible divorce; that ...layer and I parted company and I was referred to Charlotte Weinstein. There aren't enough characters allowed or adjectives in the language to describe adequately what Charlotte has done for my case, and for me personally. I am now knee deep in this mess, it's not over yet, but even if my philandering spouse wriggles out of his obligations by a twist of fate, I know with certainty that Ms. Weinstein has advocated for me brilliantly. I also believe that appearance matters in courts of law, and Charlotte presents every inch a professional; ensemble, presentation, manner. Last but not least Charlotte is patient, excruciating to my type A, but a deadly weapon to unsuspecting opponents, who mistake what they believe to be laissez-faire as weakness, so they boldly continue on the wrong track. When sufficient line has been played out, the noose tightens- the other side never saw it coming. I still will generally distrust the profession, but I now know there exist shining examples of what the legal system is about, and Charlotte exemplifies the best of these principles with grace and absolutely killer style.

Charlotte is one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. Her quick understanding of the case and ability to get the job done with the absolute best outcome for her clients is beyond reproach.
