David Norman Portney

Mr. Portney is, without a doubt, the best attorney I have ever had encountered. I do not know law; I needed an attorney to represent me, and he did far more than that. He is energetically thinking pro-actively on my behalf, using his experience and training to truly look out for my best interests. ... Some attorneys are so busy, that they do the the right thing and close the file; I see Mr. Portney as as far more than that. He clearly sits and places himself in MY positon and thinks "If I was in this position, what would I want to happen?". My case is long and winding, yet he is consistently positive and steadfast in his patience and efforts. I have had my moments..... he took the time to calm me down and counsel me, almost as much friend as attorney. Personable, professional, and strong legal advocate...
