Negligent and poor case management
This law firm so poorly managed my workman's compensation case that they missed statutory deadline which prevented me from pursuing my claim. I was badly injured, and continue to have pain. Knows his stuff..
While communication wasn't necessarily the greatest, Mr. Ingerman really does know his stuff about workers comp cases. I'm glad I used his services and have recommended him to others who have seen the same results.
