Just to make those who complain about getting back. Most people do not understand what goes into workers comp hearings and what takes place. It is not our job to know how they do what they do but to trust they win. They have won for me and saved me when no one else seemed to be able to. I had a previ...ous lawyer and he also never got back right away. I learned this happens from them all. They do not have time to answer all day calls from people who are just panicking. They are really good at what they do and that is all we need to know. winning is what this is all about and getting results. They do. I highly recommend them. Quit calling everyday and let them work. When the time comes they will let you know and just because the named lawyers do not show up, they send what they think will be needed and if they need better, they do. Please just let them work and stay off the phone. When the time comes they get to you with no problem. They have been great for me. We are not lawyers and should not pretend to be and stop trying to make them babysit and let them do their job. Excellent lawyers. No Lawyer gets right back and if he does, then he does not have too many people to deal with. The more they deal with lets you know they are good. The line may be long but it is worth the wait. I again highly recommend them. They worked hard to win my case. My case was no easy task and they made it happen. My case had to be appealed and he won the appeal with an excellent lawyer and she was as good as there is. There was a big meeting of more than 5 lawyers before my trial. Very well prepared. This is what you do not see. I just happened to be there talking with my paralegal. I see where most complain about getting back. Workers comp takes a path that is not fast so be patient. Driving them crazy for an answer that only the courts know will not make it go any faster. The end result is what I am looking for and they have not failed in that manner. not sure what all the crying is about in getting back. Who cares as long as the end product is great. It was. Thanks all there that made it work. I also have been wanting to know answers instantly but you just have to wait it all out and know the end will be best for you. It was for me.

Mr. Ingerman or his staff could not be reached by phone or e-mail by voc rehab or myself to get voc rehab planned signed which caused my ttd payments to stop for 2 months now 4 months later I still haven't been fully paid even after winning my hearing.Between Mr. Ingerman and his partner Mr.Swartz t...hey cacelled 15 out of 16 appointments with me Mr. Swartz keeping the only one.

-Non responsive until day of court hearing -Does not return telephone calls -Not up on clients progress or status -Does not attend hearings, sends associate council My opinion is that this practice is one who is under staffed, I get the impression they take on too my cases. They have provided 3 d...ifferent paralegals who require a greater level of guidence and require more experience. Without an experienced paralegal your case is at risk. Sorry to say, I would be less likely to use this practice again.based on these issues.

Don't let Bruce's assurance and a friendly hand on your shoulder convince you he is sincere when he tells you his 36-years of workmans comp. experience and how he "knows everyone in the 'system' of consequence" will get you the maximum reward. Once he has you on the hook and signed, he will not retu...rn your calls or keep you informed in the slightest. He builds false security by giving you his cell # or even his home number but he will never return your call. In the 7 months he has had my case, 4 of my paralegals have quit and I am now on my 5th. He must be a great guy to work for. They won't return my calls either. Don't buy into this "superlawer" junk, its just hype. For over a month I can't get a callback from him or his office, is this the kind of person you want representing you? For the ratings above, "poor" simply isn't a low enough rating. The last time I *67'd my phone and cornered him, he made it sound like I was bothering him. The audacity. Find someone that gives a damn about you and your case and stay clear of Bruce Ingerman.
