A friend of mine referred me to Kurt, saying he was “the best of the best,” and he wasn’t wrong! In just a couple of months of using him for my custody case, I have learned that he is someone I can fully trust, can be depended on to get back to me in a timely manner, and give me solid and professional advice. God forbid I will need another lawyer after my custody case is closed - but if I do I know who to call. Not to mention his pricing was very reasonable!
Thank you Kurt for everything, your hard work does not go unnoticed.
Kirt has been there for me through the thick and the thin. He’s hands down the most dedicates and most understanding attorney that I’ve ever engaged with. He gets the job done with great results. The best compliment is a referral and I e sent him a few of those. Hired him, loved him and I do recommend him to anyone that I know. He’s responsive and dives right in.
Mr. Roper firmly believes in the diverse skill set he offers his clients: a compassionate and caring attorney attentive to each detail of his client’s case while at the same time an aggressive litigator who is not afraid to take the gloves off to fight for the rights of his clients. Mr. Roper prides himself on providing the best representation to every one of his clients and works tirelessly to vigorously protect and maximize their interests.
Driven to make the law work to his client’s advantage, he has successfully completed the rigorous National Institute of Trial Advocacy Trial Skills Program in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Roper has also participated in the National Legal Aid Defenders Association National Law Conference in Chicago, Illinois and the Stalking Resource Center National Law Conference in St. Louis, Missouri.
Prior to joining Staiti & DiBlasio, LLP, Mr. Roper was employed as a Staff Attorney for the Sexual Assault/Spousal Abuse Resource Center Legal Services Program where he fought for vulnerable victims. Mr. Roper also served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Stephen M. Waldron, the senior trial Judge on the Circuit Court for Harford County, and interned for the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr. for the Court of Appeals of Maryland in Annapolis. Mr. Roper has also worked for the Law Offices of Bruce A. Johnson, Jr., LLC, the Law Office of Patricia Cleary, LLC, and interned with the Public Defender’s Office of Baltimore County.

Best Attorney EVER!!!!
Mr. Roper was the only person who would take on my custody case, helped me win custody of my 2 children, and has been my rock ever since. He is extremely knowledgeable in every thing he does. He is also very understanding and more than willing to do the hard work needed. He treats every case like they are his only. To this day I trust two people, and Kurt is one of them. 5 Stars is not nearly good enough!

Competent, Fair and Upfront
I have known Mr. Roper for several years and have used his expertise on multiple occasions. He has always provided me quality legal service at a more then fair price and I cannot express enough the appreciation I have for the outcomes resulting from his representation. Even if you just need sound legal advice over the phone Mr. Roper is always there to help out his clients and for that I make him my first call whenever things go wrong!
