Andrew Frederick Diblasio

I came to Mr. Diblasio very last minute with a custody case after another lawyer had backed out with no explanation as to why. I had court in a weeks time and was completely lost and clueless on what to do. Mr. Diblasio was so welcoming and helped us reach a solution the night before we were to go to... trial. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He truly, truly cares about his client(s).

I cant say enough about Andrew Diblasio as a lawyer. I hired him to be my lawyer for a child custody case. When we first met I told him everything I wanted out of the case , and Andrew got me everything I wanted. He kept me very updated with any info , and answered all of my questions. He was always ...present when I needed him to be, and he made sure I understood everything that was going on and made sure I was happy with the outcome. No way would I ever use any other lawyer other than Andrew again , I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer .

To say that Andrew's work and fine-tuned skills as an attorney were superlative would be mere conjecture. He is diligent and dedicated. I was told by multiple well known attorneys that my case was one of the most bizarre they had ever seen. A disgruntled EX had brought forth allegations of child ...abuse, child molestation, beatings, rape, and many other concocted narratives in between. This nightmare and needless drama cost me everything that was dear to my life - children, home, security clearance, reputation, home, and more... Andrew is shrewd, honorable, and has an uncanny capacity to remember all the convoluted details of such a case. He has the mind of a detective and can bear in mind the various multi-layered lies, and ever-changing stories which have been thrown out as diversionary chaff. Andrew was able to untangle a malicious Web of Lies and manipulations to include witness tampering, evidence tampering, witness coaching, fabricated documents, and fantastic accusations created simply to destroy a father's life and relationship with his daughters. He managed to debunk egregious bias from certain officials involved in this case. He was able to pick apart and reveal a multitude of errors and prejudicial motives before two judges who clearly started seeing what was being done. Were it not for Andrew's acumen and truly intense commitment and hard work, I would have been walking through a minefield blindfolded. Mr. Diblasio was an advocate and guide through the worse battle of my life and my children's lives. There were many nights where I was working with him late, because there was so much to catch up on from months prior to receiving my case. He still took my case because he saw what was going on and the hell that was being created for three innocent children. Anyone who needs a true champion for father's rights, children being coerced and manipulated by any adult, court and its officials being gamed, or for revealing inherrent biased must hire Mr. Diblasio. Our world in general and our highly flawed family law system, which leaves only scorched remains of family too often, needs more Andrew F. Diblasios. -- A grateful father of three girls.

After a complete nightmare experience with my previous lawyer that I had to fire for doing everything possible to run up my fees, I was very grateful to find Mr. Diblasio. Not only was he reasonable but I could tell he cared about my case. I wasn't just another client & my hearing wasn't just another... day in court to him and it showed in his performance. He was very good at mediating and pleading my case & concerns as to why I was seeking sole legal custody of my only child, Jaden. This was the most important thing I would ever face as my ability to articulate my concerns to the Master would directly impact my son' s future. I was nervous and very intimidated, worried that I wouldn't do a good enough job of expressing my concerns. He was able to reassure me and spoke in such a way that I always knew exactly how to answer his questions. He was a good listener & remembered things I had told him that I had forgotten under the pressure & would remind me of those important issues that I knew needed to be shared in his questioning and allowed me to naturally bounce my answers off his questions as though we were reciting a conversation that had been written & rehearsed ahead of time. His demeanor and confidence really helped to distract me from the reservations I had about having a complete stranger make such a huge decision for my son when he knew nothing about me or my son before that day. Even though the social worker had been clearly biased and was not advocating for me fairly, I still walked away with having all the major decisions made in my favor. Things were very tense & hostile between me & my ex & he was able to get us together in the same room without any fighting or lashing out and was able to mediate for us (which was a miracle in & of itself)! I was very happy with the results of my case and would highly recommend Andrew Diblasio!
