I now live in FL and had a home in MD that was upside down for years. I rented the home hoping at some point I would be able to sell it with little to know loss. Meeting Mr. Sulin was the best thing that could ever have happened for my family in keeping our home. I was scared to death that our home was going to go up for Foreclosure.
