Thomas Mitchell Sulin

Meeting Mr. Sulin was the best thing that could ever have happened for my family in keeping our home. I was scared to death that our home was going to go up for Foreclosure. We received a knock at our door one night at 10 pm. with a man holding foreclosure paper, my nightmare finally happened. Ame...rican Servicing Company was our mortgagor. When you have no money and you're about to lose your home because you can't pay the mortgage and you try and try again to qualify for HAMP, but nothing works, you get a lawyer. He understood our fears and he helped us manage them. As each step occurred, he would let us know what's happening and why it needed to happen. THAT is what is important! Being a human, seeing your clients as human. Tom did that for us. He helped us by giving us hope that under our circumstances we had a good chance of not losing our home. A home isn't everything. But knowing what's going to happen and understanding where you are is everything. With Tom's help, we qualified for HAMP. Our mortgage was extended and redone and there was no way we could have done it without Tom's help. He's a good man with a good heart!!
