Gauri Bayoumi, Esq. and the staff at Weinberg and Schwartz were incredible and helpful as I navigated through an emotional minefield of a divorce. Ms. Bayoumi was kind, patient, and understanding of my needs, the needs of my children, and the resolution I wanted. With grace and compassion, Ms. Bayoum...i guided me through this stressful time, with its emotional ups and downs. She was always available to answer all of my questions, from how to communicate with the ex to the process and procedures of the judicial system. It was generally less than 24 hours when I would hear back from her, often within hours of an email I sent. I felt seen and heard with the particulars of my case remembered as if I was her only client. She looked out for my financials when the ex decided to challenge the uncontested divorce-mutual consent, and the court ordered a full financial workup plus discovery by offering me guidance on what I could do to lessen the financial burden. I highly recommend Gauri Bayoumi, Esq., and the law firm of Weinberg and Schwartz for their compassion, understanding, flexibility, and communication. Gauri was my divorce lawyer and a great one at that. She does not let things linger. She will tell you when she will get back to you and 9 out of 10 times it’s sooner. Not only does she work quickly but she advises you on pros and cons but still leaves decisions to you. She knows this time can be... emotional for you and your feelings will be up and down but she is there for you every step of the way to keep you calm. Weingberg and Schwartz, LLC is an excellent practice. I highly recommend Marni Schwartz and her associate Gauri Bayoumi. I hired Marni and Gauri for my recent divorce. Their knowledge of the law is worth every penny. At times my case became complicated due to my ex-husband’s narcissistic personality ...and unethical actions coupled by opposing counsel’s lack of understanding of Maryland law and utter disorganization. Marni and Gauri were able to shut them down at every turn. The strategic and creative manner that these lawyers handled my case was nothing short of brilliant, and their focus on my best interests was unwavering throughout the entire process.
