Walter Don Ty

Mr. Ty did an awesome job representing me. I had to fire my first attorney who didn't have my best interest at heart. However, Mr. Ty was the complete opposite and always demonstrated that he put my needs first. He had to get caught up on my case pretty fast and was able to get up to speed fairly qui...ckly. His negotiating skills are excellent and he was always one step ahead of my ex husband's attorney, which definitely gave me an advantage. I would certainly recommend Mr. Ty to anyone going through a divorce who wants a fighter on their behalf.

I've consulted with Walter Ty about a case that, initially, he said was favorable to win. That was the $50 consultation day. Afterwards, contacting him was hard -- it took several calls just to receive one phone call back. He said he needed to take care of other cases and that he works without a f...ront desk personnel. Fine, I get that. What I do not get is over the course of one month, the numerous times to try to contact Walter Ty was near impossible. Intentional or not, he does not get back to you on a timely manner. I felt cheated and it was a complete waste of my time and effort. All in all, I needed to hire a different attorney for this case due to lack of communication and abandonment by Walter Ty. If he didn't want to proceed, he could have simply stated so. Thank you.

I have had opportunity of working with Walter Ty for the past 14 +/- months. My sealed case is very unique. Children are involved. I am very vague (to a degree) for this reason. However, I can not recommend Mr. Ty highly enough! I am SO VERY THANKFUL for Walter Ty. I don't know if it is possible to... put all aspects of my case that he covered into words. He handle my case with great wisdom, discernment, skill, and determination. He was more than adequately prepared for the details of my case and case search history. I can't stress this enough. When a person has a one of a kind case...this proved to be a vital asset to our outcome. Most importantly, I appreciate that even though Mr. Ty could have potentially gained national recognition for having won the first case nationally like mine that he put my children's interest ahead of a possible agenda that could be very profitable to him in the long run. I also appreciate his personalized timely response! I didn't have to work through a third person! He always got back to me in reasonable time frame. He handled his fiduciary responsibilities wisely. He was able to give me advise and instruct me on how to handle certain case details appropriately! I believe we are far from being done needing his outstanding services.
