I hired Walter and he was effective in reviewing documents so for more amicable or simple cases he can be a good hire. If the opposing counsel is aggressive then he may not be the best hire. Gave in to the other counsel's aggressive position and tactics too quickly and easily. Needs to prepare for... trial better or handle his workload better so he can be better prepared during trial.
