Highly Recommended~10/10 ⭐️ Rating

I had an outstanding experience working with Mr. Andrew Dansicker. Throughout the entire process, he was a true advocate for me in my workplace, demonstrating incredible patience, understanding, and compassion every step of the way. What stood out most was his ability to truly listen, offer cl...ear and thoughtful guidance, and take effective action when it mattered most. He didn’t just provide advice—he made things happen and ensured everything was handled the right way. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care gave me confidence during a very challenging time. I am extremely grateful for his support and would highly recommend Mr. Dansicker to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate employment attorney.

Not Satisfied

It is extremely hard to get clear & clean explanation responses out of my current attorney here. I do not feel understood. Won’t mention any names but it has not been exceptional service. I’ll give credit where it’s due. Attorney is the reason I now have good documentation & filing for my case. The ...breaking point now is how they are handling my case. Makes it look like they’re actually siding with the employer which makes no sense. I was told elsewhere something different.

What you don't know can hurt you

2 parts to this story. Dansicker successfully resolved the wage issues. But did not resolve other issues. First he wrote to me that he is not a tax person. Then told me employers are not required to file certain things with the Feds, State or other agencies which is not true. Then stopped responding.... So, I have to spend massive amounts of time trying to resolve on my own because the employer did not report all wages and report to the gov't. I believe all that was necessary was to have a clause in the settlement agreement stating that certain conditions already required by law be met otherwise the employer would be in breach of the agreement and liable. And this happened with Dansicker not once but twice.

Excellent Lawyer - Listens, on-point representation

From the screening discovery phase, Andrew's skill lies in patiently understanding the issue surrounding a wrongful termination. Andrew's team will process your case efficiently, it takes time to negotiate and patience is a virtue. Best advice is go for the long-haul and be comfortable with waiting....
