Juvenile Representation

Our son made a bad decision one night and ended up in juvenile court. We hired Tim Cook to represent our son. It was a relief having someone who understood the intricacies of the juvenile court system. Mr. Cook took the time to explain the legal process, explain the possible and probable outcome f...or our son's case, and represented our son from start to finish over the course of the better part of a year. He took the time to explain the legal process in terms that our son understood. He always returned our calls promptly when he was not available (at court or meeting with another client). We met with him on several occasions in his office. Mr. Cook was always well prepared when our son was summoned to court. Our son's case resulted in the best possible outcome, with no finding of delinquency on his juvenile record as a first offender.

Out of State representation

While visiting family in Maryland, I received some traffic violations that required me to appear in court. Living out of state, I contacted Tim through emails and phone calls and he was extremely responsive and made it extremely easy for me to do without being present to discuss. He provided me wit...h all the information I needed and made me feel extremely comfortable that he would get me the best possible outcome during my trial. He walked me through each step and when it finally came time to appear in court, he went out of his way to take care of a few things prior to the trial so I didn't have to travel the 1,200 mile round trip to appear. He also appeared on my behalf and paid my fine upfront, trusting there was a check in the mail. Great representations and I'd recommend his services to family and friends.

Best Lawyer in Maryland

We have used Tim's services for the past 20 years; he is someone who we always refer to family and friends. Tim is fair, honest and trustworthy that will work for you as a customer but will also take the time to explain the options. His reputation, guidance and counseling go along way with customer...s and the community that he services. Piece of mind is being able to pick up the phone and call him if you have a question regarding an issue, and get a quick response. We greatly appreciate all the hard work throughout the years and I would recommend if you need a great attorney to hire Tim Cook.

Driving on Suspended

Mr. Cook was always reachable and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions regarding my case. He navigates through all the court processes seamlessly and I received an extremely favorable outcome. I could not be more pleased with my end result.

"I endorse this lawyer. Tim helped me with a Pennsylvania client who needed representation for a DUI case in Maryland. The client and I interviewed three other lawyers before choosing Tim. I have over 40 years experience as an attorney and know good from bad. My client made a good decision and was helped at every stage by Tim. He knows DUI/DWI law and the MD court system very well. Plus he's down to earth-a definite plus when working the court system."

Other lawyers think of Tim the way he treats everyone - with respect and courtesy and dignity. A fine choice as counsel."
