“The D.C. Bar web site states that informal admonition "remains the lowest form of discipline for attorneys under the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals". This incident followed settlement of an employment case in favor of a client, who later complained to bar counsel. No loss or harm was suffered by the client.
