Ms. Kollecas helped me out of a deep hole that I was in. She worked through some of the toughest State Attorneys & Judges, and still managed to get me ZERO points with Probation Upon Judgment on my speeding citation (alleged triple digit speeds) Ms. Kollecas was assigned to my appeal for my first... court's ruling.
