Firm advised me to file EEO, said “retaliation is illegal and easy to prove”, then didn’t care AT ALL that I’ve suffered YEARS of ongoing illegal discrimination, harassment, and retaliation and constructive discharge; repeatedly refused to help after advising me to enter hostile territory. Mistake o...f filing EEO cost me my career and life. Advice should be that retaliation is illegal, but will likely happen anyway; majority of EEO complainants end up getting fired. When looking up GG, I came across obituary (someone else with same name); GG would care more about negative consequences of following firm’s advice if he were actually dead.
