One smiling officer came to the door wanting answers about my college-aged son. He insisted that we make things easy, just set up an appointment to speak with him over at the station. When I was arrested for the first time in my life and charged with multiple theft related felonies it was vital that I find a great criminal defense attorney. Since I had lost my job because of the arrest, it was also important that I find someone affordable. On the afternoon of Easter Sunday 2014 I was cited for DUI in Monthomery County following a brunch. My BAC was .09. I was very upset- I had never encountered the criminal justice system before and had no idea that I was legally drunk when I got behind the wheel- and Dave walked me through the process..., keeping the entire situation in perspective.
