Drops the ball in critical moment.
Mark can be very efficient and helpful until he becomes unresponsive and lazy in critical moments. We have worked with Mark over 20 years. Most of the deals went smoothly. However, we have lost over hundred thousand dollars because Mark has neglected to do a routine task and prepare simple documents....
