A Thorough and Understanding Lawyer

Mr. Schmieler carefully listened to the facts during our consultation and agreed to take my case. As the case progressed, Mr. Schmieler remained steadfastly focused on the evidence and how it intersected with the law. He not only reviewed documents I provided, but also conducted his own research into... previous cases regarding the situation and formulated a comprehensive perspective based on the other party’s history. His persistent and careful consideration of the entire situation reassured me that our case was solid. Although we haven’t yet finished at this point, he managed my expectations to the length of time it would take to resolve. His approach to information gathering and client relations speak to his experience. I am also impressed by his team, all of which are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and professional. CLINICAL PHARMACIST

I had a toilet over flow from my guest toilet on second floor of my home to the basement damaging both the leaving room and the basement. My home insurance company Liberty Mutual, refused to pay for repairs and at the same time cancelled my insurance. "Over the years, I have been involved in a number of cases where Jeff Schmieler also was one of the other attorneys. Recently, I worked on the same side as him in a complex business partner dispute representing a nice older lady against a former business partner who tried to swindle her. The other side was unreasonable, and the matter ended up being decided by a 2 week fully contested arbitration. Mr. Schmieler adeptly handled the multiple witnesses and dozens of boxes of evidentiary documents, and out-lawyered opposing counsel including on the many issues involved, which resulted in a full win and recovery for our client.
