Brian recently assisted me with the settlement of my Mother's estate in MD. My Mom left a will which stated to liquidate the estate and divide equally among all 6 siblings. My Brother was listed as the PR but her refused to file her will, he had been living for free at her house for many years and ...didn't want to leave, I had to file her will myself.
