Suren G. Adams is an attorney with a passion for organization and excellence. She founded Adams Law Office, LLC over 10 years ago to help her clients get their financial houses in order and find peace of mind. She is an experienced member of the Maryland Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys, and the Prince George’s County Bar Association.

Suren obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 1994 and then completed course work for a Master of Arts degree in English with a specialty in Rhetoric. Suren then obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University Law School, where she received honors for Legal Research & Writing and was a member of the Corporate Law Society and the Christian Legal Society.

Suren was born in Guyana, South America and moved to Durham, North Carolina with her family as a young child. A few years later, the family relocated to Prince George’s County, Maryland, and has lived there ever since. Suren currently resides in Bowie, Maryland with her husband, Software Support Manager and Associate Pastor Charles A. Adams, Jr. and their son, Nicholas.

Suren’s goal is to provide each client with excellent legal services from their first contact with the firm to the conclusion of their case and beyond. She and her staff enjoy going above and beyond what is generally expected from lawyers and law firms today.

Highly Recommended
Suren has done an excellent job in representing my family and I in various legal, estate planning and real estate matters. We communicated via phone, email and a few face to face encounters. Adam Law Office has an excellent support staff as well and they are responsive to your needs. I have been working with her for close to three years on different legal issues. I recently told her it's like she has become apart of the family. Quick and reliable
I would like to thank Surin Adams law firm for all she did for me. I was dealing with a case with anlther attorney since 2016 and nothing was getting done. I looked for another attorney and got referred to Surin law firm after speaking with her I immediately hired her and 3 weeks later she had my case solved. A stellar firm.
I sat in on an information presentation with Ms. Adams and Ms. Pearson. Based on that, I retained their services for an estate matter. Ms. Pearson is a highly skilled and incredibly knowledgable attorney. Not only did she handle the estate matter without incident, she stayed on after the conclusion of the scope of representation to make sure that all institutions involved in the matter were up to speed. Great lawyer, great service
Due to massive medical bills there came a time in my life when I had to file bankruptcy. I had always had perfect credit so needing to do this was emotionally devastating. During our first meeting Mrs Adams made me feel comfortable about what I had to do. She explained everything in great detail about the process and what my options were. During the entire process I was supported not only by Mrs. Adams but her staff as well. Calls or emails to her office were answered in a very timely fashion. There was never a time when I felt uncomfortable about how things were progressing. When time for the review of my case came she was with me and made sure I was prepared for the types of questions that would be asked. Even after the case was heard she kept me informed on what next steps were and the timeline to expect. I would recommend Mrs Adams law firm to anyone because of the professionalism and caring that was displayed.

Attorney Suren Adams Is The BEST!
My husband and I are nearing the end of our 5-year Chapter 13 Plan...when I contacted Suren Adams in 2009, we were on a "downward spiral" and did not have Peace. During our initial consultation, Suren made us feel extremely comfortable. She has excellent listening skills AND she gives clear and concise counsel! Suren's counsel allowed us to re-organize and as a result we found Peace. We have referred Suren to several family members and friends--all of whom express the same--She is the BEST!!!
