When I met Lindsay, I had been dealing with a situation for 6months that left me drained on ever level and physically ill. Lindsay was one of about 6 lawyers I had spoken with in regards to my case;however, the difference was that she LISTENED and was genuinely concerned about me! After attentively listening to me painstakingly describe what has been one of the worse experiences of my life...she didn't start talking about money, nor did she start rattling off a list of things I should do; she simply turned to me and asked how I was holding up, how I had managed to hold up in the months that had passed and told me how truly sorry she was I even had something like this happen. That night when I went to bed was the first night in over 6months I went to bed without worrying, it was the first night I had been able to sleep more than 4 hours and the next morning was the first in the 6 months I woke up without a headache...I felt rested, rejuvenated and I felt a glimmer of optimism and hope returning to my spirit! Due to my situation I have been on medical leave for a couple months and even though this has delayed things a bit... Lindsay randomly checks in to say hi and to see how I am doing in my recovery process! How amazing is that? Even though my situation hasn't been resolved as of yet, I am confident that with Lindsay by my side everything will be ok. I have been through a lot but meeting Lindsay has been a blessing that has brought me a sense of peace, calm and stability I haven't felt in months!

I went to Lindsay for assistance in getting my mortgage lender to respond to numerous requests for contact during a forbearance process. My house was at risk of foreclosure and because I had not heard from the lender I lived in anxiety and uncertainty about the house's fate. Lindsay stepped in and... not only got a response from them immediately but took over the work of staying on top of them through the modification process. I relaxed in the knowledge that her competence and talent would save my house. Lindsay remains in contact with me periodically asking if the lender has returned the signed contact (they haven't as of yet). Such involvement goes above and beyond and that to me is the making of an excellent professional. I will continue to use Lindsay in the future and whole heartedly recommend her.
