Lindsay Nichole Warnes

I went to Lindsay for assistance in getting my mortgage lender to respond to numerous requests for contact during a forbearance process. My house was at risk of foreclosure and because I had not heard from the lender I lived in anxiety and uncertainty about the house's fate. Lindsay stepped in and... not only got a response from them immediately but took over the work of staying on top of them through the modification process. I relaxed in the knowledge that her competence and talent would save my house. Lindsay remains in contact with me periodically asking if the lender has returned the signed contact (they haven't as of yet). Such involvement goes above and beyond and that to me is the making of an excellent professional. I will continue to use Lindsay in the future and whole heartedly recommend her.
