Will, testamentary Trust, and Estate Planning

Attorney Clarke and his assistant Sarah were wonderful to work with. They were clear, comprehensive, timely and inclusive of all of the ramifications of my plan which included my well, a testamentary trust and other planning documents. After the documents were finalized, I had some follow up questions on beneficiary documents which they went above and beyond in helping me navigate. These folks are pleasant and put you at ease. I very highly recommend Attorney Clarke.

Great Experience

Along with being professional, Henry Clarke made us feel at ease. Like talking to a trusted friend, while making important life decisions and pointing out needs we had not thought about before-hand. He was very patient during the whole process. We never felt rushed. Hire Henry to do your Will!

Henry was wonderful and made the process of creating a Will extremely painless. Its an emotional process to draft up but he made it seamless, easy and enjoyable. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was fun to be around. A great guy! I was referred to Henry by a colleague and am so happy I took the initiative to call. Call Henry!

Estate closing

Mr. Clarke assisted me with the closure of my mother's estate. He was extremely patient and understanding of the emotions involved and guided us through the entire process very skillfully. He made a very difficult time and process much easier to face and to handle.

Highly Recommend!!

Henry is very patient, understanding, a good listener & is truly interested in doing what is best for you. Sought & received his advise concerning the formation of an LLC for protection of my business. Also, helped my husband and I with our wills, living trusts and made us consider so many scenarios! He is THE BEST!

Provides an excellent service!

I have had to make 2 amendments to my living trust and Henry Clarke has been able to complete this for me.He was able to get my property retitled in the Trust's name. He also provided personal advice when making the amendments to the trust. That was very helpful! I would highly recommend Henry Clarke for any matters relating to Estate Planning!

A lawyer who is always there for you.

I have known and used Henry Clarke for well over 20 years. He helped me set up my business, handled some insurance issues and even assisted with some family matters - especially estate planning and the settling of an estate. He has always been there for me. I have never had to wait to get a phone call back, even receiving a call late at night when one of my children had a problem. He is truly a "family" lawyer and cares about me and my family. Don't know what I would do without him and knowing that he is a phone call away.

Simply the Very Best!

I have been a REALTOR for over 30 years and have dealt with many settlement attorneys. Henry is the only one I can think of who would get "excellent" across the board. He has always treated my clients with respect, been open to answering their questions before and/or after closing, and done his job with professionalism and a dash of humor. Perhaps most important to me, however, was when he took care of my Dad after my Mom died a year ago. Neither my Dad nor I really knew what to do regarding my Mom's side of the estate and Henry, with great patience and grace, guided my Dad throughout what turned out to be a seamless process. Henry would be a great choice for anyone seeking real estate or estate planning guidance.

A lawyer with character-yes they exisit

Mr. Clarke has been my lawyer for about 20 years, handling everything from mundane real estate settlements, to my trust and will to complex business dealings and negotiations. I don't do a thing without a call to him. He has kept me from making big mistakes numerous times.

Great advice

I have had Mr. Clarke do settlements for me in the past and always he was ready and the documents were always in order He prepared my original will and revised it several times as things changed in my life. It is great that he takes such an interest to know the items that are important to his clients so that he can give them the best advice possible. He is the kind of attorney that you can relate to and does not pretend he is smarter than you. It is rare I like going to see an attorney but trips to see him I usually leave feeling better not worse. I would highly recommend him for Wills, Estates, Business law and settlements.
