Jaclyne Esther Kartley

Jaclyne is a licensed attorney in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Arizona. Her practice focuses solely on personal injury such as car accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and injuries caused by the negligence of others. She was recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” attorneys from 2022, through 2025.  She was also honored to be selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2024, through 2026.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jaclyne began her career as a personal injury paralegal. She truly enjoyed helping clients and was so passionate about assisting the injured, that in 2014, she left the firm to attend law school. During law school, she focused her coursework and research on personal injury, insurance, and negotiations, and she also clerked at various personal injury law firms which further enhanced her knowledge and expertise. Since graduating law school in 2017, she zealously represents her clients and fights to get them the recovery they deserve.  Having worked as a personal injury paralegal and law clerk prior to becoming an attorney, she offers her clients a unique perspective and insight.
