Jaclyne Esther Kartley

Jaclyne is a licensed attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her practice focuses solely on personal injury such as car accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and injuries caused by the negligence of others. She was recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” attorneys from 2022, through 2025.  She was also honored to be selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2024, through 2026.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jaclyne began her career at Berman Sobin Gross LLP in 2012 as a personal injury paralegal. She truly enjoyed helping clients and was so passionate about assisting the injured, that in 2014, she left the firm to attend law school. During law school, she focused her coursework and research on personal injury, insurance, and negotiations, and she also clerked at various personal injury law firms which further enhanced her knowledge and expertise. After graduating law school in 2017, she returned to Berman Sobin Gross LLP.  Today, Jaclyne zealously represents her clients throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. Having worked as a personal injury paralegal and law clerk prior to becoming an attorney, she offers her clients a unique perspective and insight. Her distinctive blend of legal experience and insurance knowledge set her apart from other personal injury attorneys.
