I will forever be indebted to Arya Saleh, he truly saved me in court today. I hired Arya after foolishly driving after drinking in the Frederick area. As soon as I called Arya's office he reached out to me via text message offering encouragement for my situation. He was up front with me regarding ...his experience, never lied, and never promised anything. People on here complaining about Arya's handling of their case likely never followed the guidance he set out. I followed what he said in a really bad situation and the result was the one I was hoping for (no points, no jail, PBJ). You will do yourself a favor by retaining Arya Saleh, I know I did!

Mr. Saleh is by far the best attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. My son, who is 18 years old, had an evening of experimentation that landed him in trouble. This resulted in 2 disorderly conduct charges. I texted Mr. Saleh on a Sunday morning. (We had a previous successful outcome from... a traffic violation, and I knew he could help my son.) I made the right choice by choosing Mr. Saleh for my legal defense. Upon meeting Mr. Saleh, I could clearly see that he cared about getting his clients the best possible outcome for their cases. He was professional and confident in his strategies and abilities. He was also extremely ethical. He d...id not make any guarantees; rather he explained the different likely possible outcomes. Mr. Saleh had knowledge of the nuances of how this unique court room operated, and he came prepared with multiple strategies to adapt to different variables in the court. For my case, he knew whether to contact the prosecutors ahead of time or to wait, and he knew how to negotiate with the prosecutor. These are things that one could not possibly know if one chose to represent oneself, and a public defender might not have time to consider strategy for different variables. My situation was very strange. I was faced with two misdemeanor charges, both of which carried maximum jail terms exceeding one year. Concerning both charges, I had no intent on any wrongdoing. It was a simple misunderstanding with no proof/evidence of the crimes for which I was accused. I told Mr. Saleh that if there were any unintentional damages on my part, I would like to make restitution. Mr. Saleh discussed the possible options with me. The best we were hoping for was that my case be placed on the stet docket, restitution for $260, and 12 months unsupervised probationary period, or maybe a nul prosequi and a few days of community service. While we were standing up in court in front of the judge, Mr. Saleh was able to consult with the prosecutor and reach a resolution of the case being placed on the stet docket, restitution of $260 and a six month unsupervised probationary period. At the conclusion of six months, we should be able to move for all charges to be dropped. This was a BETTER result than that for which we had hoped. When Mr. Saleh tells you that he will get you the best possible outcome for your case, HE MEANS IT!!! My family and I are very thankful for Mr. Saleh and his team.
