Biography
Jeff Bowman is a trial lawyer with a focus on business litigation, estate and trust litigation, product liability, construction and real estate claims and general civil litigation including serious personal injury. Mr. Bowman also provides non-litigation advice for new and established businesses.
Mr. Bowman is recognized on the Maryland “Top 100” lawyer list by Super Lawyers. Mr. Bowman has also been voted by his peers as a “Leading Lawyer” in What’s Up Annapolis Magazine in five different areas of law: litigation, business law, employment law, construction law, and education law.
Mr. Bowman represents both individuals and businesses in complex trials and appeals before Maryland’s state and federal court. He is engaged by out of state law firms in matters involving litigation in Maryland, as well as attorneys seeking assistance in federal court matters.
Mr. Bowman obtained his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Bowman is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Mr. Bowman is active in his community serving on local boards including the Friends Foundation – an Annapolis based non-profit organization formed in 1998 – and United Way of Central Maryland, Anne Arundel County Partnership. Mr. Bowman is also active in the legal community serving in various positions in the Maryland State Bar Association and as a board member for the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.

I reached out to Mr. Bowman regarding a buy-out for my business and conversion from a C-Corp to an S-Corp. He responded quickly and answered all of my questions. This was only a consultation, but I will definitely consider using him in the future.
