I'm not a huge fan of online reviews but Seth totally deserves this review. In a nut shell, the attorney I hired to help my mother's real estate dilemma mislead us and left my mother in a worse situation than when we first hired her [the attorney]. Needless to say, she wasn't very forthcoming so I h...ad to search for another attorney and gosh, was I glad I found Seth. He was so personable, so forthright, so sincere, and completely courteous. I could tell right off the bat that he genuinely wanted to help and he did. He even apologized for what happened with the other attorney! What a guy! He listened to my story, riffed through the paper work and told me that I didn't have anything to worry about. Although my mother took a huge loss because of the other attorney, she won't have to worry about any future complications with the property. I was so relieved. What he did in 15 mins. was what the other attorney should have done but she didn't even bother to look at the paper work. I totally recommend Seth. It's so hard to find a trustworthy and caring attorney so I am so glad I found Seth. He is truly the best of the best. My family and I have a few attorneys for different purposes such as for our businesses, for our trusts, etc. but I'm thinking about consolidating and just going with Seth for everything. That's how much we wowed me with our first meeting.

I have worked with other attorney's through out the years, and if its not about money then they then to brush you off. Seth was very pleasant, he took time to explain every detail. Most of all patient. He made our Bankruptcy seem easy breezy. I would highly recommend him. I keep his number on speed d...ial just in case.

I made an appointment to see Seth Diamond because my ex-husband is declaring bankruptcy and we still co-own property. Seth was professional, but more importantly he was candid about the likely impact this will have to me and my children. He gave me solid advice, and provided me with the information... I needed to minimize the damage to my credit and my financial health. I really got the feeling that he cared about my situation and the predicament I find myself in. Did I mention that he didn't charge me a penny? I made it clear that my appointment was not a typical 1st appointment consultation, because I was not in financial trouble and I was merely seeking advise of an attorney who is well versed in bankruptcy laws and proceedings. I offered to pay for his time, but he refused, stating that he has a free initial consultation, and that he would honor that commitment regardless of my reason for scheduling it. That, in my book, is really top notch. The advice, demeanor, candor, and honesty of this attorney was very impressive to me. Seth is an attorney that will guide you in the right direction for YOUR best interests, not his own. How many attorneys have you known that you can honestly say that about? When I need an attorney in the future, I'm calling Seth.

From my initial consultation, I felt great ease with Seth. I needed to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy and I was full of questions and concerns. Seth was able to ease my fears. His knowledge and confidence in his work is terrific. I ended up starting my case with another attorney recommended by a friend bu...t soon learned that he was not the one for me. When I contacted Seth after going to the bad attorney, Seth apologized for me having to deal with him! Seth explained all I needed to do in terms I could understand. He was very flexible with meeting times and places. Seth also has very fair payment options as well. He gave me everything I needed to do with a checklist and was always available through email and phone for any questions at anytime. Seth would return emails and phone calls in less than 24 hours. He made me feel very comfortable in my uncomfortable situation. After filing and attending my hearing I received threatening phone calls. Seth was available to handle the calls and guide me. My bankruptcy has been discharged and all is well. I would recommend Seth to anyone especially my family and friends. Dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, truthful and hardworking couldn't ask for better.
