Separation agreement review and consultation

Natalie reviewed a separation agreement offering and associated documents with me during a telephone conference. She was thorough and highly professional. Unfortunately, due to the size of my former employer, my legal rights are limited and I was forced to accept the agreement as far as paid severan...ce was concerned. Nevertheless, I greatly appreciated her input and suggestions and the clarity with which she discussed the situation. She also made several good suggestions to the separation agreement that I was able to get incorporated into the final document.

Highly Recommend - Retaliation and Discrimination

I contacted Natalie for legal advice when I suspected job-retaliation and feared termination. After hearing my account of the chain of events Natalie confirmed my suspicions and agreed to represent me. Although my employer and their attorneys made every attempt to halt the progression of an agreem...ent and manufactured roadblock after roadblock, Natalie was able to successfully negotiate my resignation through a settlement agreement as well as a substantial severance package.
