Unbelievable outcome.

Ben is extremely knowledgeable about the law and how it works. I was facing some serious charges and he got absolutely the best outcome possible. He had the plaintiff spinning in circles on the stand that day and the state's attorney was absolutely baffled. When the sentence came in the judge even s...aid great job to him.

Excellent work

Mr. Kurtz has been an excellent in standing for me, false alligations were proven false and dismissed before i ever even had to walk into a court room. I recommend him highly and have a great deal of respect for his work ethic unlike other attorneys I've dealt with prior.

Great criminal defense & civil litigation attorney!

Ben is an extremely smart and knowledgeable attorney with whom I have had a great experience. He was relentless as my defense attorney for a ridiculous charge that almost went to trial (the charge ended up getting dismissed). He is now handling a civil matter for me and has been very accommodating to... both my schedule, and has ALWAYS been available to answer my calls (if not, by text). This is hard to find in an attorney, let alone a partner of firm, these days. I would highly recommend him to others!
