Mr. White prepared a Medicaid trust for my elderly mother. I found him to be knowledgable and compassionate. He answered all of our questions and guided us through the process of funding the trust once it was signed.
"I have worked with Andrew on several matters and he is sharp, efficient and as a result an excellent attorney."

The trial court properly interpreted a settlement agreement between siblings who were beneficiaries to a trust and estate.
Trial court erred by dismissing an insurer's subrogation claim against the minor child.
The fact that an insurer held insurance policies for both a vehicle driver and a vehicle operator who were involved in a collision did not constitute a conflict of interest that voided its subrogation interest.
Where wife and decedent were married by minister who was not licensed by Ohio Secretary of State to solemnize marriages, their marriage was voidable rather than void, and wife was decedent's surviving spouse for purposes of decedent's estate.
Non-conforming goods were not effectively rejected.
